Referral

Enrol in the free Falls Prevention Program

Referrals can be made by GPs, allied health practitioners, nurses, carers or family members. Anyone really. You can refer yourself in the program.

Falls Prevention Program

The Falls Prevention Program is supported by Healthy Tasmania, an initiative of the Tasmanian Government.

This program is delivered by Healthy Business, an experienced provider of community exercise programs.
